✔ Played at least one sport during your Grade 12 year at Leduc Composite High or Ohpaho Secondary School

✔ In good academic standing

✔ Heading to a post-secondary school

Your summary must include the following:

• 🏀 Athletic Career at LCHS or Ohpaho Secondary School
  (Teams played on, years of participation, notable achievements)
   
• 🤝 Community Involvement
  (Volunteering, leadership roles, or ways you give back)
   
• 🎓 Post-Secondary Plans
  (What school and program you plan to attend)
   
• 💼 Career Goals
  (Your ambitions and where you see yourself in the future)
   
• 🌟 Why You Deserve This Scholarship
   

You must include two written personal references:

• One must be from a teacher or coach
   
• The second can be from a mentor, employer, or community leader
   

⏳ Applications missing any of the three steps will not be considered.
